Product is sold in 5lb increments. If you want to try both King and Sockeye, this mixed bag is for you! Typically a mixed bag contains 2-3 sockeye fillets and 1-2 pieces of king, totaling 5lbs.
The king fillets are processed by hand and are NOT pin boned. Portions typically weigh in at .5-1.25lbs per piece.
Sockeye fillets are carefully flash frozen and vacuum sealed to maintain freshness. They are whole side, pin bone out (pbo) fillets weighing around 1-2lbs per piece.
