Garlic Pepper Smoked Sockeye

All prices are per pound. These select sockeye portions are gently seasoned with garlic, black pepper, sugar, salt, and hot smoked using applewood chips. These portions are great as a meal or as the focal ingredient of appetizers and dips. 

All of our fish is carefully vacuum sealed and flash frozen to maintain freshness. They are approximately 6oz portions, pin bone out (pbo), averaging around $10 per piece. Product is fully cooked and sold frozen. Simply defrost, eat, and enjoy!

Our Wild Alaska sockeye salmon is smoked locally here in Utah by Thompson's Smokehouse. They do not use nitrates or nitrites. 

Ingredients: Wild sockeye salmon, sugar, salt, spices, pepper, granulated garlic, monosodium glutamate, BHA, BHT, and citric acid.
