Sockeye Bundle-Smoked Salmon and Sockeye Fillets

Product is sold in 5 lb increments. If you want to try a mix of whole side sockeye fillets and smoked sockeye portions, this bundle is for you! Typically a bundle contains 2 whole side sockeye fillets, 1-2 pieces of plain smoked portions, and 1-2 garlic pepper smoked portions, totaling 5 lbs. 

All of our fish is carefully vacuum sealed and flash frozen to maintain freshness. The fillets are whole side, pin bone out (pbo) weighing around 1-1.5 lbs per piece. Smoked portions are approximately 4oz per piece,  and pin bone out (pbo). Product is fully cooked and sold frozen. Simply defrost, eat, and enjoy!

Our wild Alaska sockeye salmon is smoked locally here in Utah by Thompson's Smokehouse. No Nitrites or Nitrates are used in this product.
