Product is sold in 5 lb increments. King salmon is considered the most superior of the wild pacific salmon. The fish has a wonderfully rich flavor, and has the most omega-3 fatty acids of any other salmon species.
We handle each king with love and care so as not to bruise this beautiful fish. The king portions are processed by hand, carefully vacuum sealed and then flash frozen to maintain freshness. They range from .5-1.5 lbs per portion. They are NOT pin-boned.
