Our sockeye salmon fillets are hand-harvested by us from Alaska's Bristol Bay each season. Wild sockeye is marked by its gorgeous red color and rich, robust flavor.
Our fillets are carefully vacuum sealed and flash frozen to maintain freshness. They are whole side fillets, pin bone out (pbo) weighing around 1-2lbs per piece.
