Product is sold in 5lb increments. If you want to try a mix of whole side sockeye fillets and smoked sockeye portions, this bundle is for you! Typically a bundle contains 2 whole side sockeye fillets, 1-2 pieces of smoked portions, and 1-2 pieces of our garlic pepper smoked portions, totaling 5lbs.
Sockeye fillets are carefully flash frozen and vacuum sealed to maintain freshness. They are whole side, pin bone out (pbo) fillets weighing around 1-2lbs per piece, smoked pieces are a quarter to a half pound each piece.
